About the Job

For the summer of 2026, the psychiatry department in eastern Blekinge is seeking substitute caregivers. The tasks primarily consist of psychiatric nursing work, contact with relatives, and collaboration with care partners. You will receive 2 weeks of introduction before starting the substitute position. The duration of the substitute position varies but can extend over two months.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• has an 80-credit YH caregiver education in psychiatry or equivalent.
• has an education or is currently studying with a focus on care and nursing.
• is a nursing student.
• is a medical student.
• has other qualifications that correspond to one of the above educational levels.

We seek someone who can work independently while also being a team player. You should have good self-awareness, be meticulous and confident, and have a reflective approach. We place great importance on personal suitability.

Applicants who are considered for employment must present a certificate from the Police Authority's criminal record register before employment.
